American Chair Exchange warranties its products for one year from purchase to be free from defects and workmanship and material with normal use and service.

TERMS

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of the order and the balance before delivery.

There may be a restocking fee of up to 40% for any returned merchandise.

FREIGHT QUOTES

American Chair Exchange can supply freight quotes upon request.

SAMPLE POLICY

American Chair Exchange will ship any sample chair or bar stool upon request (Normally we ship samples via UPS).

American Chair Exchange is not responsible to match wood finishes or upholstery selections to a customers existing products.

We can not guarantee that the color on your Computer monitor will accurately represent our wood finishes and upholstery selections.

CUSTOMER'S OWN MATERIAL

Items purchased using C.O.M. will be priced the same as Grade 1. Please check with ACE for yardage requirements.

MAINTENANCE

To ensure durability and longevity of our products normal maintenance is required. WATER SHOULD NOT BE USED ON WOOD PARTS.

UPHOLSTERY SELECTIONS AND COLORS

Vinyl or fabric selector cards can be supplied upon request.

MANNER OF PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards, checks or money orders.

RETURNS

All claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted without written approval.
